Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that things come up. At Clear Ear Clinic, we aim to keep things fair for both our clients and our clinic. Please read the following policy before booking your appointment.

1. Cancellations

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

  • To cancel, please email us at hello@clearear.clinic.

2. No-Shows

  • If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged in full.

  • No-shows result in loss of the time slot and cannot be refunded or transferred.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases where the service could not be provided due to clinic issues (e.g. practitioner unavailability or technical error).

  • If no earwax is found during your appointment, a consultation fee will still apply, and the full treatment fee may not be refunded.

  • Refunds will not be issued for failure to use pre-treatment ear drops if this affects the outcome of the service.

4. Running Late?

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your full appointment and you may still be charged.

5. Rescheduling

  • You are welcome to reschedule free of charge as long as you do so more than 24 hours in advance.

  • If you're unsure about your booking, contact us as soon as possible.
